Maintaining harmony among believers of different faiths and promoting brotherhood should be a governments priority.
KARACHI: This is with reference to the article “Muslims don’t hate America” by Mahreen Aziz Khan (September 18). There will always be people in the US and other western countries who are bent upon widening the gap between the believers of different faiths. Such people, whether they are Muslims or non-Muslims, will divert attention away from peaceful citizens.
If such people are not stopped, the relationship between people of differing faiths will disintegrate even further. It is the duty of every government to keep an eye on such people and to keep them within their limits. Maintaining harmony among believers of different faiths and promoting brotherhood should be one of the priorities of governments.
