Nowadays, it has become a worryingly common sight to see cars and motorcycles being driven by underage drivers.
KARACHI: Nowadays, it has become a worryingly common sight to see cars and motorcycles being driven by underage drivers. There should be an effective way to deal with this menace. Parents should keep a stricter check on what their children do when they step out of their homes and should ensure that no child drives a vehicle until he or she is at least eligible for a learner’s licence. The traffic police should come down with an iron hand on such drivers. And last, but by no means least, educational institutions should educate their students on the dangers of underage driving.
