The government should be thinking about rehabilitation instead of making plans of constructing a monument.
KARACHI: This is in reference to Sami Shah's article "Memorable memorial” (September 16). The writer has successfully managed to demonstrate the hypocrisy of our leaders.
The idea of a memorial is simply preposterous, when flood victims are in need of as much aid is possible. The government should be thinking about rehabilitation instead of making plans of constructing a monument.
