JUBAIL, SAUDI ARABIA: February 21 shall be remembered as a historic day when the Pakistan Peoples Party proved in Sindh that it was no different from its counterparts in the other three provinces. On that day, the PPP reinstated the system established by colonial Britain in the 1800s to keep a tight grip on the masses through the bureaucracy.
