Pakistan does not offer conducive environment to citizens to realise their aspirations.
HYDERABAD: Much has been said and written about the cause of fundamental human rights in the Land of the Pure. Throughout our history, several movements have been undertaken by many remarkable individuals in this regard. However, no heed has been paid by our rulers as well as the intelligentsia to the fact that the state of Pakistan does not offer a conducive environment to its citizens so as to realise all their aspirations. Now that another general election is around the corner, can we at least expect this to change once a new government is in place?
