There’s a need for budgetary funds if immediate development is needed.
LAHORE: This is in reference to Omar Bilal Akhtar’s article “I choose optimism” (September 9). It is important to note that Pakistan is fast entering the phase where it is in need of a developed civil administration, efficiently run departments and properly developed infrastructure. There’s a need for budgetary funds if immediate development is needed. The real question is, can our nation face the challenge?
