KARACHI: This is with reference to "Flood relief — the way forward" by Marvi Memon (September 8). Most concerned Pakistanis know what needs to be done. But we need good leadership. The writer, who also happens to be an MNA, could propose what steps are to be taken and the impact they would have, such as how to achieve transparency in flood relief spending.
