RAWALPINDI: For the past so many days, the whole nation is going through a torturous situation by not getting CNG when it is willing to pay for it. The people are being made to suffer as the matter goes back and forth in the country’s courts, between OGRA (Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority) on one hand and the CNG Dealers Association on the other.
The directive by the Supreme Court to OGRA to come up with a pricing formula that gives relief to the public is a laudable step indeed and one hopes that the government asks its energy and gas regulator to respond to this in as short a time as possible.
