LAHORE: I have a suggestion for cellphone companies regarding the balance reversal facility. I have observed that at times, retail shops that directly top-up a cellphone credit the wrong number. They then do not tell the customer that the transaction can actually be reversed, as they may be doing this deliberately to skim off some money from an unsuspecting customer. However, such a transaction can be reversed and customers should be made aware of this. Cellphone companies should ask the retailers who sell their product to place a sign informing all potential customers that once money is credited to a particular number, the process can indeed be reversed.
