KARACHI: This is with reference to Talat Hussain’s article “Get another passport” (September 1). The first step to salvation is identifying our problems and shortcomings, and for the first time in 63 years, we’re doing just that. I would really prefer if a member of one of the three generations of Pakistanis that have virtually failed to do anything for us didn’t ask us to leave our country just because we have an opinion and actually want to be the citizens of a civilised nation.
