I would like to give a suggestion to those who want to help flood victims.
KARACHI: I would like to give a suggestion to those who want to help flood victims. Instead of distributing cash or food, why don’t donors pledge to build a certain road, a school, a hospital or a bridge and use displaced people as paid labour? This way we can rebuild our country and at the same time displaced people will be able to earn a living.
