Karachi fire (IV)

Letter September 13, 2012

COLUMBUS, OHIO, US: After going through your editorial on the Baldia Town tragedy “Fire from hell” (September 13), I have come to the conclusion that apparently Pakistan has no money for fire hydrants, for snorkel trucks, for a reliable electrical grid and for fire safety inspections and enforcement, but plenty of money to keep a standing army on the border with Kashmir.
