Modi was involved in the Gujarat massacre — it is that simple.
NEW DELHI: This is with reference to Aakar Patel’s article “Modi’s murderous minister” (August 30). After the conviction of Maya Kodnani for instigating violence during the Gujarat riots, my fellow Indian ‘nationalists’ (actually national embarrassments) will defend Narendra Modi tooth and nail using passive-aggressive arguments and deflection techniques. Modi was involved in the Gujarat massacre — it is that simple. Proving it in a court of law is as difficult as proving Osama bin Laden’s involvement in the 9/11 incident.
