Can writer explain what nation has gained due to the flexibility of President Asif Ali Zardari?
LAHORE: This is with reference to Khaled Ahmed’s article “Mr Zardari’s ‘real’ skill (July 29), where he expressed the opinion that the president has the “capacity to be flexible”, which in the opinion of Mr Ahmed is a skill. I wonder if the writer can explain the benefits that the nation has accrued due to the flexibility of President Asif Ali Zardari during his term in power.
Does the net benefit from his rule — immediate and long term — match or exceed the net loss that his rule may have caused?
