Complaint against PMDC

Letter June 24, 2012
I have been calling the PMDC on its advertised numbers but either they are always busy or no one ever picks up

LAHORE: I and my colleague visited the office of the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council in Islamabad for renewal of our PMDC registrations on June 13. We applied for urgent renewal and paid Rs3,600 for the service. We were supposed to get our renewed registration via courier delivered to us in Lahore. Over a week has gone by and we have yet to receive the said documents, for which we paid a hefty fee so that it could be delivered the very next day.

Also, I have been calling the PMDC on its advertised numbers but either they are always busy or no one ever picks up. Can anyone tell me what to do next? Who should I contact and how? Does this mean that I pay another visit to Islamabad?
