KARACHI: The increasing prices of petrol and CNG are making it very difficult for the mass of population that uses public transport to commute on a daily basis. Every time the price of petrol or CNG is increased, owners of public transport jack up fares. Since most people who use public transport are not big earners, a large proportion of their total income is spent on transport. My question is: who will come to the aid of these people? Or are we all resigned to ever-increasing petrol and CNG prices?
