No different from beasts

Letter May 13, 2012
It broke my heart when I read about Khalil Dale.

LONDON: This is with reference to your report of May 11, which said that the International Committee of the Red Cross had decided to close its operations in Pakistan for the time being. Shame on all of those who call themselves humans and kill people in the name of God. These are people who have come from their countries to ours and are here to help care for our underprivileged citizens. Relief workers who are providing basic necessities and relief work risk their lives to provide us with better health care, medicines, sanitation and so on. It broke my heart when I read about Khalil Dale. It seems that the people who kill relief workers are no different from beasts.
