In Federal B Area, there are too many multi-storied structures.
KARACHI: I live in Karachi’s Federal B Area. The problem that I have been experiencing for some time now is that there are too many multi-storied structures. In our immediate neighbourhood, several illegal structures exist, but the Karachi Building Control Authority (KBCA) seems toothless, or it deliberately chooses to look the other way. The situation is no different really in the rest of Karachi as well with buildings built without a proper NOC from the KBCA found in practically all areas.
