A question for the sardars

Letter February 25, 2012
Most of the family members of the sardars are educated but the ordinary people of Balochistan are mostly uneducated.

ISLAMABAD: Balochistan seems to have become a hot topic these days, especially on television. In the past few days various news anchors have invited their studios or spoken on the telephone to various Baloch leaders. I have a question for the latter and that is that what or who has stopped from making schools and hospitals in places like Dera Bugti?

Most of the immediate family members of the sardars are educated but the ordinary people of Balochistan are mostly uneducated – and who is to blame for this? I agree that yes Balochistan has been ignored by successive governments but surely that is not only the fault of the state.
