DUBAI: This is with reference to M Rafique Zakaria’s letter of February 3, titled “Forget about visiting India”. My friend, a Pakistani Catholic, applied for a visit visa to India. He was going to Bombay for a good friend’s wedding. However, he got the visa 14 months later, in time for the baptism of the baby.
