We tolerate barbaric acts by the Taliban, justify what they do by making all kinds of illogical assumptions.
CULPEPER, VA, US: The sad fact of the matter is that our society is rotten to the core. We’ll justify anything to ourselves as long as those carrying out the actions claim to be followers of Islam. Similarly, we’ll look for ill intent wherever and whenever the other party does not identify themselves as Muslim.
We tolerate barbaric acts by the Taliban and justify what they do by making all kinds of illogical assumptions and claims. Our army, a proud institution, needs to take on these barbarians. It is well trained and well-armed and it is time that we took the fight to the militants.
This cancer plagues Pakistan and the longer we let it fester, the closer it brings our nation to disintegration.
