The point in your editorial that Zardari came across as a party leader one could do “business with” was disappointing.
KARACHI: This is with reference to your editorial of January 10 titled “The president’s interview” in which you wrote that President Asif Ali Zardari came across as a party leader with whom one could do “business with”. Your editorial also cited Aristotle and his maxim that politics was the art of the possible.
My question is that how can one do business with someone who has virtually never held a real job in his life, never ran a business, never manufactured anything, never exported anything, yet is known to own a huge fortune.
This point especially was most disappointing to see in your editorial.
