ISI interfered with civilian political set-up. Isn’t this against the Constitution of Pakistan?
DUBAI: I second the proposal put forth by Kamran Shafi in his article of December 30, titled: “Wanted a ‘bloody civilian’ at the ISI”. Additionally, can we ask the honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan to take suo motu notice of Asghar Khan’s petition lying with the apex court since 1996. According to the petition, the ISI interfered with the civilian political set-up by paying money to fix various elections. Isn’t this against the Constitution of Pakistan?
