Did his party have some understanding with the MQM, given that the city is consider to be an MQM stronghold?
SWAT: I ask these questions from PTI chief Imran Khan, at the risk of becoming the target of many of Imran Khan’s supporters. 1. What does he think of the Constitution of Pakistan? 2. Does he have any changes planned in Pakistan’s foreign policy, especially towards India and Afghanistan? 3. What is his plan vis-à-vis the functioning of the military and the defence ministry, especially in light of the affidavit filed by the latter before the Supreme Court in the memogate case? 4. What are his exact plans on stabilising and improving the economy? It’s easy to say it that he will do it and so on, but what are the specifics? 5. His apology vis-à-vis Balochistan was good but what will he do for the province specifically if he forms a government? 5. He says all schools in the country will have the same syllabus — does that include all private schools as well? Also, what of the O- and A-Levels that is used by many of the country’s better schools for examination and assessment purposes? 6. Imran Khan has said that Aafia Siddiqui is a “daughter of Pakistan”. What are his views on Aasia Bibi? Also, how does he plan to achieve Aafia’s release from a prison in the US? 7. Did his party have some understanding with the MQM, prior to the holding of its rally in Karachi, given that the city is consider to be an MQM stronghold?
