While I wish well for the president, I think it is a matter of shame that we cannot treat him in Pakistan.
LAHORE: Why do Pakistani leaders like Asif Ali Zardari and Nawaz Sharif go abroad for treatment that can easily be undertaken in Pakistan? While I wish well for the president, I think it is a matter of shame that we cannot treat him in Pakistan. We have extremely good hospitals and competent doctors. Or is it that Pakistani leaders do not trust their own doctors? How will they do anything to improve the health services in Pakistan if they themselves are to be treated abroad?
