I have to say that the writer’s article has hurt me deeply and it borders on the shameful.
KARACHI: This is with reference to Saleem H Ali’s article of December 9 titled “Shia-Sunni reconciliation”. I have to say that the writer’s article has hurt me deeply and it borders on the shameful. It seems that sitting in the US, he is trying to fan sectarian tensions himself by writing what he did. I would advise him that if he doesn’t have respect for, or knowledge of, other sects, he should sit with them and learn before putting to pen such views.
