I request Clifton Cantonment Board to ensure proper illumination at the entrance, all along the walls of Hilal park.
KARACHI: There are many visitors who come regularly to Hilal Park in DHA. After sunset, the entrance to the said park and along the boundary wall facing Khyaban-e-Hilal is a picture of darkness. There are at least three powerful lights outside the residence of a senator belonging to the government’s ruling party. I always thought that these representatives of the people would notice this and do a public service by reminding the Clifton Cantonment Board, which is supposed to look after the park, that illumination is needed more by the people and not the residence of this senator. It is sad that these representatives do not at all care for the public.
I request the Clifton Cantonment Board to visit the place after sunset and ensure proper illumination at the entrance and all along the walls where cars are parked by visitors.
