My contention is that the TO&E of the Pakistan Army is not ‘Top Secret’ but ‘restricted’.
LALAMUSA: This is with reference to Kamran Shafi’s article of November 20 titled “A gentle reminder…”. My contention is that the TO&E (Table of Organisation and Equipment) of the Pakistan Army is not ‘Top Secret’ but ‘restricted’. Besides, it was also known to the US when they raised and trained our forces in Kharian. In the Command and Staff College in Quetta and all other training institutions, these TO&Es are distributed to allied officers and these have included trainees from the US, UK, Germany, France, Bangladesh, Nepal, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Australia. When I trained in France, I had the entire TO&E of the French Army, something I still keep in my library.
