The PTI has increased the odds of the PPP losing the next election.
ISLAMABAD: I am not sure why Mr Zaka would think that it is just the PML-N whose vote bank will be dented by the PTI. I think it is fair to say that the PPP will be affected as well. After all, a voter doesn’t vote for an ‘opposition’ or a ‘government’ party but rather for whichever candidate he or she thinks is best. While Ralph Nader and Al Gore were relatively like-minded liberals, Imran Khan and Nawaz Sharif are poles apart, each offering something very different to voters. If anything, the PTI has increased the odds of the PPP losing the next election.
