Political leadership needs to take charge of situation, do what it is supposed to without dictation from any quarter.
NEW YORK: This is with reference to the text of the All Parties Conference resolution published in your newspaper on September 30. We have to stop adventurism and end our tolerance towards those who time and again derail democracy. The political leadership needs to take charge of the situation and do what it is supposed to do without any dictation from any other quarter. Terrorism is our own problem and we must stop finding excuses in fighting it because the only way it will end is if we become united and fight it. Also, we need to decide ourselves what kind of model we are to follow as far as the nation’s progress is concerned.
