NEW DELHI: This is with reference to Kamran Shafi’s article of September 30 titled “Hate Amrica; crush Amrika”.
I have been reading Mr Shafi’s articles for many years and he should believe me when I say that not many retired army personnel from Pakistan are respected in India but that he is an honourable exception. His views are held in very high esteem in my country and what he writes is closely read and followed. The writer’s relentless pursuit to bring real democracy in Pakistan is appreciated on this side of the border.
