This is the time to say “yes we can” and for us to take decisions which are in our own interests.
KARACHI: People need to stop making fun of us as a nation. When the Abbottabad raid happened, we were made to look like a joker with our pants down in front of the entire world community. We have been participating in America’s war on terror for the past decade and what did we get from it, apart from around 35,000 dead Pakistanis and a battered economy. And now we and our institutions are being publicly humiliated.
I would say that this is the time to act with passion, with courage and wisdom, and with faith. This is a time to act like a sovereign nation and with dignity. This is the time to say “yes we can” and for us to take decisions which are in our own interests.
Long Live Pakistan.
