CHANTILLY, VA, US: With reference to Arshad H Abbasi’s article of September 15 titled “Failure to harness our wind energy potential”, I cannot understand how a country gifted with wind and solar power finds it so difficult to make viable investments and produce good returns. What is the real story? Simply assigning the collapse to “institutional failure” and ‘malgovernance’ is too pithy and vague.
Does anyone know the real story behind this failure?
