Mr Singh failed to understand, that this in actuality is a South Asian crisis and hence it needs a regional approach.
LAHORE: This is in reference to Vicram Singh’s letter which was in response to Dr Akmal Hussain’s article of August 16 titled “Pakistan’s water crisis”. I believe what Mr Singh failed to understand, that this in actuality is a South Asian crisis and hence it needs a regional approach. I think Dr Hussain’s argument is cogent and well-made.
