Those who are trying to defend the actions of the Rangers personnel are really no different from the Taliban.
SINGAPORE: Those who are saying that the Rangers personnel did the right thing because Sarfaraz Shah was attempting to rob a family at the park are ignoring the fact that regardless of whether his weapon was fake or real, he should not been killed. What gave the Rangers personnel the right to shoot him, even if it was in the leg? The proper thing would have been to detained him and hand him to the police. Those who are trying to defend the actions of the Rangers personnel are really no different from the Taliban who have no qualms about killing innocent people.
