Unfriendly staff

Letter October 29, 2026
Unfriendly staff

KARACHI:

The non-cooperative behaviour of the MS Office staff at the Teaching Hospital Turbat is a matter of serious concern. People who visit the office for official work, such as getting documents prepared, obtaining signatures or receiving joining letters, often face unnecessary delays and unhelpful behaviour. Instead of treating visitors with respect, some staff members behave as if people are there to beg for a favour rather than receive an official service.
Such delays and behaviour are frustrating, especially for healthcare workers who need their documents to perform their duties. The hospital administration should ensure that staff members carry out their responsibilities properly and treat everyone with respect. A clear process, timely handling of documents and accountability for unnecessary delays are urgently needed. The MS office is meant to facilitate official work, not make it more difficult for people. The hospital authorities must look into this matter.
