KARACHI:
The plight of the Government Boys High School in Hirronk town, Balochistan, cannot be overemphasised. Classes remain empty because there are no teachers to attend to the students. Needless to mention, without teachers, students cannot get an education, let alone a good one. It is unfortunate that while a school building exists, there are no teachers or proper teaching facilities. The absence of teachers literally means the absence of a school. Consequently, many students avoid attending the school and are forced into menial jobs. The relevant authorities should take urgent action to ensure that the Government Boys High School in Hirronk receives proper teachers and facilities.
