KARACHI:
I have been commuting between Larkana and Lahore on passenger buses for study-related reasons lately, and what I have perceived during my travel is something too concerning. The behaviour of the bus staff is too disheartening. Before you choosing the vehicle, the same staff is too polite and sweet that you feel that you are at the right place. However, their behaviour very unexpectedly changes when you have paid the fare in advance, as is the so-called rule. It seems as if the staff does not know a thing about public service. The relevant authorities must look into this matter as soon as possible to help preserve the morale of the concerned passengers.
