Plastic, plastic everywhere

Plastic pollution is silently turning Turbat into a dirty and unhealthy city. Every day, countless plastic bags, bottles and wrappers are thrown on roads, empty plots and public places. During the rainy season, these plastic items blocks drains and causes water accumulation on the roads. Another serious problem is that goats and cows eat plastic bags while grazing, which sometimes even causes their death. Plastic can take about 100 years to decompose, so it remains in the environment for a very long time. The authorities should install dustbins at places in the city, improve garbage collection and encourage people to dispose of waste properly, otherwise plastic will continue to harm us.
