Non-compliance with court orders by authority figures is a systemic challenge in our society nowadays. Administrative delays, red tape and lack of accountability are visible across the country. This contemptuous culture of non-compliance with court orders severely undermines the rule of law, forcing reliance on contempt petitions to force officials to perform their lawful duties. Honorable courts are thus humbly requested to issue strict orders against those who fail to comply with court directives because the rule of law and the majesty of courts and law require strict compliance with court orders otherwise there will be chaos in society.
