Inflation is a major issue affecting society today. The rising costs of basic necessities are severely impacting people’s daily lives. Middle- and lower-class families are struggling to meet everyday needs, and society is suffering greatly due to high prices. Moreover, salaries are not increasing at the same rate which further worsens the situation.
Global factors have also contributed to this crisis. Recent disruptions in oil supply routes have reduced supply and increased fuel prices. As a result, both daily life and the economy of Pakistan have been negatively affected.
The government must take immediate action by controlling the prices of essential items, increasing job opportunities and wages and reducing taxes on basic goods. There is hope that with effective measures, economic conditions can improve, allowing people to manage their daily expenses more easily.
