Educational provisions

Educational provisions

Education is the backbone of any nation, yet the condition of the education system in Khuzdar remains deeply concerning. Despite repeated promises of reforms, many schools in the city still lack the most basic facilities required for effective learning.

According to various reports on public education in Balochistan, many government schools in the province operate without adequate classrooms, electricity, clean drinking water or even proper furniture. They are forced to conduct classes in overcrowded rooms or under open skies, exposing students to extreme weather conditions. Moreover, many schools lack adequate teachers and rely on temporary staff who cannot provide consistent academic guidance. With such limitations, students struggle to receive quality education, which directly affects their academic performance and future opportunities.

Education should be treated as a priority rather than an afterthought. The concerned authorities must urgently allocate resources to ensure that every school in Khuzdar has proper classrooms, clean water, electricity, furniture and well-trained teachers.
