The persistent lack of sustainable economic planning, transparent governance, industrial expansion, merit-based recruitment and meaningful youth empowerment has created an environment where our brightest minds see their future in foreign lands rather than in their own homeland. This results in a troubling brain drain that weakens national growth and collective morale.
Our leadership must recognise that providing dignified employment, encouraging entrepreneurship through practical financial support, investing in technical education aligned with global standards, ensuring political stability and restoring investor confidence are not optional reforms but urgent obligations. When opportunities flourish at home, patriotism strengthens naturally. The time has come for decisive, accountable and visionary leadership that transforms potential into prosperity and restores faith among the people that their homeland values, protects and uplifts them.
