I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities towards the severe water shortage in Malir A-One area. For the last 15 days, there has been no water supply in our locality.
The situation has become extremely difficult, especially during the holy month of Ramazan. Residents are facing serious problems in managing daily household chores, including cooking, cleaning and performing ablution. People are forced to purchase expensive water tankers which many families cannot afford.
Despite several complaints to the water board authorities, no action has been taken so far. The negligence of the concerned department has added to the miseries of the residents.
I humbly request the authorities to take immediate notice of this issue and restore the water supply without further delay to provide relief to the people of the area.
