Wrong parking is a major issue in Pakistan. It frequently causes the obstruction of traffic flow, pedestrian pathways and accessibility channels for persons with disabilities. This often causes accidents which can sometimes even prove to be fatal.

Many drivers in Pakistan are not even aware of parking rules and regulations, which leads them to these errors. The government must take action and ensure that drivers are aware of both their responsibilities and rights. In this country, there are no rules.

Causing obstruction is a safety risk for other people. A car or bus parked on the sidewalk is an example of wrong parking, as it blocks the pedestrians’ path. The citizens must pay heed to these issues.
