Female education

Letter January 24, 2026
Female education

In many areas of Kolwah, boys are able to attend school, but girls are often denied the same opportunity. Even where schools exist, there is a severe shortage of qualified teachers, and educational facilities are inadequate. As a result, girls face significant challenges in accessing quality education. This is a major problem affecting the development of the region.

Many people still believe that boys and girls are not equal in education, which further limits opportunities for girls and affects the overall growth of the community. Ensuring equal access to education for both boys and girls is essential for the development of Kolwah.

I strongly urge the government to take immediate steps to provide proper schools, qualified teachers and learning facilities for girls in Kolwah. Gender equality in education will empower girls, strengthen communities and contribute to the progress of the region and the nation.
