Many young people in Pakistan are facing unemployment even after getting good education. It is very upsetting to see that students work hard for many years, complete their degrees, and still fail to get jobs.
Despite spending years in education, students often find themselves sitting at home or doing work that is not related to their field. Many of my family members and seniors are highly qualified, but still struggling to find a decent job. This situation is very stressful and demotivating for the youth.
One big reason is the lack of practical skills and training opportunities. Mostly in our education system, the focus is only on theory. Students do not get enough chance to learn job-related skills, internships, or real-world experience that employers expect.
It is time for the authorities to focus on skill development, fair job opportunities and career guidance. Youth is the future of our country, and if they are jobless even after being educated, it is a serious loss for the whole nation.
