There is a serious shortage of teachers in Gaddagi – a small town in Balochistan where many children are unable to get an education. There is one boys’ school and one girls’ school in the area, but no teachers – let alone qualified ones. Many teachers have been posted here, but they do not attend school regularly. They still take their salaries every month, while the students suffer.
This is very sad and unfair to the students who want to learn. The relevant authorities must take immediate steps to resolve this issue as soon as possible and ensure that teachers do attend school regularly for the better future of our children.
