Dasht Mazanband, an unexplored region of Balochistan, is still struggling to have a proper communication network with strong signals. For more than three years, there has been no internet service at all in this village. People remain unaware of important news and developments regarding the country and outside, which otherwise are easily available online. Students, in particular, are faced with severe challenges due to the unavailability of the internet. Residents are forced to rely on verbal information, which is often delayed or inaccurate. This isolation not only causes hardships but also hinders community progress. The authorities concerned must take immediate steps to provide proper communication facilities in Dasht Mazanband so that its residents may live a connected, informed and secure life.
