The state of education in Mashkay, Awaran district, is extremely dire. Where on one hand, education is a beacon of light for younger generations, our area remains plunged in darkness due to inadequate educational facilities. After completing matriculation, many students are forced to stay at home, with some turning to labour and others succumbing to substance abuse due to the lack of opportunities.
A local college has been closed for years, and its building now lies in ruins. The absence of educational infrastructure and resources has made it impossible for us to pursue higher education without relocating to other cities, which is unaffordable for many.
I urge the government to take immediate action to address this educational crisis. We desperately need qualified professors and functional educational institutions to guide us toward a brighter future.
